Anna Faris documents husband Chris Pratt's Walk of Fame induction on Twitter
Anna Faris heaped praise on her "wonderful" husband Chris Pratt as she inducted the "Guardians of the Galaxy" star into the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday.
The actress introduced Pratt as family, friends and fans gathered on Hollywood Boulevard for his star unveiling ceremony.
"This is actually a thank-you speech," she said. "I’m the beneficiary of all this because I get to spend every day with this wonderful man.
"I know that if our circumstances were different and we weren’t as fortunate to be standing here and living our Hollywood life, we would be happy in the woods together, I think."
She went on to thank Pratt for standing by her when their son Jack was born prematurely with health complications, adding, "He held me and was my anchor."
The four-year-old was at the ceremony with his mom and dad.
Faris also praised her husband for his sense of humor and ended her speech by saying, "Honey, I want to thank you for being the most incredible person. I love you so much."
Visibly moved, Chris took to the podium and paid tribute to "the people in my life who are gifts", including his mother, brother Cully, sister Angie, and "Guardians of the Galaxy" director James Gunn.
He then turned to Faris and said, "I want to thank my wife Anna, I love you. You’ve given me so much. You gave me the greatest star in the galaxy in my little boy, I love him and I love you.
"We have bonded to make this molecule that is more important to me than air or water, and without it, none of this means anything to me. With every challenge, with every day, week, month, decade, we become more bonded. You make me laugh like nobody else. You’re very caring and thank you for your trust and your sacrifice... In return, I will give you all of those things as well. You have my heart, my dedication, my trust."
Anna documented her husband's big day as a Hollywood Walk of Fame inductee on Friday by posting updates on Twitter. The actress caught her man playing guitar while shirtless and doing yoga in their back garden and posted the footage.
Faris also shared a photo of Chris teaching their four-year-old how to dress for the occasion.
Anna also documented the preparation for Pratt's "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2" premiere in Hollywood on Wednesday evening.
