Johnny Depp is asking a judge to remove allegations made by his former business managers from the court record in his legal battle against them.
According to the Daily Mail, Johnny Depp believes the pair used phrases like "compulsive spending disorder" do attack him publicly in their counter suit.
The actor sued Robert Mandel and The Management Group (TMG) for $25 million alleging fraud and negligence.
They counter sued Depp, stating he spent millions on what they described as "hush money" for undisclosed settlements.
The Daily Mail reports Depp filed the documents to strike the claims from the record because they are ruining his reputation.
