"Willis Clan" dad pleads guilty to child rape charges, will spend 40 years behind bars

Toby Willis of the "Willis Clan" will spend 40 years behind bars for child rape charges, an attorney confirmed.

Willis was accused of raping a girl 12 years ago. Willis plead guilty to four counts of child rape on Tuesday in a Cheatham County court. Willis received two-25 sentences and two-40 years sentences to run concurrent, meaning he will spend the maximum of 40 years behind bars.

Willis was arrested in Greenville, Ky. where he reportedly traveled to avoid the law. Willis has remained jailed in Cheatham County.

The Willis Clan was made up of 14 family members, including 12 children, who are musicians, dancers, artists and athletes. The family was featured in a TV series on the Great American Country and TLC channels.
